Janet Filante
Executive Director
Prior to joining CCDI, Filante held organizing positions for the Clean Air Council and the Philadelphia Unemployment Project. She was head teacher in the two-year old room for five years and teaches music at the Childspace Day Care Center.

Doris Young
Organizer
Young has been working at Childspace CDI since October 2006 and for Childspace Too child care center in the various classrooms since 2002. She attended Shippensburg University and received a bachelors degree in social work.

Mindy Barbakoff
Director Mentor
Barbakoff has been a director of a NAEYC accredited center for eighteen years. She is an adjunct Early Childhood professor at Harcum Junior College and provides technical assistance to early education programs under the Keystone Stars Quality Initiative.

Kavchok has developed curriculum and trained over 900 members of the child care industry in all aspects of business development. She provides technical assistance to early education programs under the Keystone Stars Quality Initiative.

Holland earned his bachelor's degree in Sociology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Chester came to CCDI via the AmeriCorps VISTA program.
