Thompson-Friend is the former Executive Director of Childspace CDI and current State Coordinator for Seniors 4 Kids. She served for 20 years as Chief of Staff in the PA House of Representatives. She holds an B.A & M.P.A from Penn State University.

Culler-Cohen has been involved in start ups in both the health care and child care sectors. She holds a Doctorate in the Diffusion of Innovations from MIT, and is a co-coordinator for the Tri-national Women and Social Enterprise Network.

Dickerson works for the School District of Philadelphia as well as for the Delaware County Community College. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, and an MA in Administration and Organizational Development.

Sithole is a social worker at the Red Cross House. She holds a BSW and received honors in Psychology from the University of Zululand, as well as a MSW from George Warren Brown School of Social Work in St. Louis MO.
